Provisions of Italian Law No. 182/2025 (Art. 39)
Article 39 of Law 182/2025 amended Article 5 of Royal Decree No. 1366 of October 9, 1922:
«Extrajudicial appraisals, including sworn translations, may be drafted, signed, and transmitted digitally in compliance with the rules governing digital documents in the civil trial process, without prejudice to the payment of stamp duty and any other required fees.»
